The professional-grade EAD50 Electronic Acoustic Drum Microphone System simplifies the typically messy and complicated process of miking drums by combining microphones, cables and mixers into one easy-to-set-up package.

With an improved sound engine powered by the SWX100 sound chip, the DSU50 sensor unit, and expanded connectivity, recording drums and miking live performances has never been more convenient without loss of quality.

Equipped with 5 XLR /TRS combo inputs (compatible with the DSU50 plus a wide range of other microphones and audio gear) the ability to add up to 10 triggers (with 5 splitable), all of this can be routed to 8 individual 1/4 inch balanced outputs and 2 XLR balanced outputs, the EAD50 offers incredible flexibility when miking your instrument and expandability onto a wide range of stages or studios.

Built in LED rotary faders, the Kit Modifier knobs, along with the FREE EAD Touch App make it easier than ever for drummers to make on the fly adjustments such as adjusting gain, reverb, or other effects without missing a beat. The EAD50 includes features that until now have only been available on professional mixing boards, plus the ability to expand creativity and performances is further enhanced with Bluetooth, the ability to sample, create loops and an SD Card to bring in audio playbacks. The improved DSU50 sensor attaches to virtually any acoustic bass drumhoop and may also be mounted to a microphone/camera/lighting stand with 3/8 inch threading for even more flexibility when capturing a high-quality stereo image of your entire kit. Beyond its role as a microphone, the DSU50 also includes a dedicated kick-trigger. This converts each bass-drum strike into a precise trigger signal for the EAD50 module, letting you layer samples in perfect sync with your acoustic playing.

Additional DSU50 units can be purchased as an individual microphone and connects using XLR cables, making it compatible with a variety of signal processors, amplifiers and loudspeaker systems.

With the iOS/Android Rec'n'Share app, you can shoot, edit and upload videos of your drum performances, while the free Touch App makes editing and navigating the module simple and efficient.
