Pair them with 170 effects spanning overdrives, distortions, modulation, delay, reverb, and BOSS classics like Slow Gear, Octave, and Slicer.

Build Great Sounds Fast

The GX-10's color touch display and four dynamic parameter knobs make sound creation fast and intuitive. Assign up to two amps and 15 effects per memory, drag blocks to reorder your signal chain, and patch in external pedals via the send/return loop. BOSS Tone Studio extends your workflow to the desktop — or go wireless with the optional Bluetooth adaptor and mobile app.

Flexible Real-Time Control

Three versatile footswitches support multiple control modes to fit any performance scenario:

• Up/Down Mode — Scroll through memories sequentially across 66 banks and 198 user slots.
• Manual Mode — Assign footswitches to toggle effects, engage a solo boost, or control up to 20 parameters per press.
• Bank/Number Mode — Navigate memories within banks and unlock the Current Number function for per-memory parameter control.

The expression pedal handles volume and wah by default, activates the tuner when pulled back, and can be fully customized via the GX-10's assign matrix.

Organize and Record

BOSS Tone Studio lets you organize sounds into Livesets for different gigs and sessions, and connects you to BOSS Tone Exchange for downloading pro-crafted patches and sharing your own. The built-in USB-C interface delivers high-quality guitar tones directly into your DAW — no additional audio interface needed.
